Lance Parker is a native of Fort Worth Texas. Mr. Parker was diagnosed at an early age with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). Mr. Parker was ridiculed and constantly reminded of his behavioral health diagnosis. Mr. Parker was labeled as a failure by peers and educational professionals. Anger and rage became an integral part of Mr. Parker's personality. Mr. Parker overcame being labeled as a failure and went on to earn his master’s in healthcare administration. Mr. Parker went on to explore a carrer in behavioral health. Mr. Parker has invested his time as a behavioral specialist, educational professional, psychiatric hospital leadership representative in the last six years in the behavioral health field as well as accumulating several professional certificates specifically in behavioral health. Lance Parker has adopted behavioral health as his mission to provide an alternative perspective in behavioral health for those who have been affected by the negative stigma associated with behavioral health disorders.


Senior ​Vice President

This Baltimore native is the President and C.E.O of J.D. Fowler Ministries and J.D. Fowler Entertainment, a theatrical production company. He is the presiding Prelate of the Pentecostal Orthodox Church Incorporated, Pastor of Holy Ghost Revival Christian Center. He is a playwright, actor, composer, musician, producer, director, singer radio and television personality. He has been in ordained ministry for over thirty years and has provided spiritual counseling to numerous parents and children around the country. He has served as a mentor to many children and young adults. He is a Dynamic Motivational Speaker.  Through his ministries, he has provided many young people with the opportunity to develop and enhance their gifts through performing arts.


Executive Vice President

Sylia Lacy is a hardworking mother who balances the duties of administration while also caring for her teenage son who has been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She is a gifted public speaker specializing in career development and training for youth and young adults. Sylvia Lacy has accumulated various skills through her entrepreneurship endeavors.  Sylvia Lacy has stated that she was gifted the diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).



Christopher Ford is a FortWorth, Texas native who graduated from the University of Tulsa with a media & marketing degree. Chris started his entrepreneurial journey in 2011 when he founded his first company, C FORD TV Network LLC.  Mr. Ford also specializes in brand development, e-commerce, marketing and entrepreneurship under a new umbrella company; Changing Lives Daily. Mr. Flord has plans to incorporate these tools into our youth. 


Executive of therapeutic Modalities

Dionne Roberson a Dallas native, who graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Masters in Social Work. Ms. Roberson is a Licensed Master Social Worker who has dedicated her career in providing therapeutic solutions to the behavioral and mental health communities. Ms. Roberson continues to strive towards success in her career while obtaining continuing education credits to keep up to date with changing knowledge and practices in the behavioral health field and is currently in the process of obtaining her license to become a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas. Ms. Roberson currently works with children and adolescents as a behavioral and mental health program therapist.
